We meet our customers anywhere on San Pedro Ambergris Caye. We do free Delivery and Pick-up anywhere within a 5 miles radius of San Pedro town. We also provide this service anywhere else but depends on the distance it may not be free!

Even with our lowest price. They include everything such as vehicle insurance, bridge pass, free wash, 24/7 Roadside Assistance, Delivery and Pick-up, all local taxes, and bank charges (from our end).

Just bring your standard, valid driver's license from home and a major credit card. There is no need for a special international permit—your local license works perfectly here. Just remember to keep your physical license on you whenever you are driving around the island.

Anyone operating our carts must be at least 18 years old. As long as they meet that age requirement and are listed on your rental agreement, they are good to go.

We make it completely seamless. Tell us when and where you land—whether it’s the San Pedro airstrip (Maya Air or Tropic Air) or the water taxi dock (San Pedro Belize Express or Sprinter) —and we will be right there waiting for you. If you prefer, we can also drop the cart off directly at your resort, Airbnb, or rental villa within San Pedro Town at no extra charge.

Downtown San Pedro relies heavily on one-way streets, so keep an eye on traffic flow. When parking, watch out for curbs painted red—those are strict no-parking zones. Also, give the corners plenty of space; parking right next to an intersection blocks the view for others and can net you a local traffic ticket.

Yes, our carts are built for it! The journey out west is a classic island road trip. Just keep in mind that the road gets quite bumpy and unpaved once you turn off the main highway. Take it slow over the potholes, keep an eye out for other travellers, and you'll have a great drive.

We use an all-gas fleet. Electric carts simply can't hold enough juice for long island exploring. With a gas engine, you don't have to cut your day short or worry about finding a charging outlet while you are out exploring the northern beaches.

All of our golf carts are delivered to you clean and with a full tank of gas. We ask that you return the cart with the same amount of fuel it had when you received it.

Our gas-powered carts are highly fuel-efficient—a full tank typically lasts for about 120 to 150 miles of driving, which is more than enough for several days of exploring San Pedro, Secret Beach, and Ambergris Caye without needing a refill.

If you do need to top off during your trip, there are several convenient gas stations located right here in town. If the cart is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling fee will be applied to cover the difference:

• ¼ Tank Low: $10 USD
• ½ Tank Low: $20 USD
• ¾ Tank Low: $30 USD
• Empty Tank: $40 USD

Crime is low, but prevention is easy. We provide a heavy-duty steering wheel lock with every rental. Whenever you step away from the cart—even if it's just for a few minutes to grab a quick bite—take the keys with you and secure the locking bar in place. Please avoid leaving bags, cameras, or phones visible on the seats.

Don't panic. Mechanical hiccups happen, but we are always on standby. Every rental includes free, around-the-clock roadside help. Just find a safe spot to park, send us a quick text or WhatsApp message, and our local team will head your way immediately to fix the issue or swap your cart out for a new one.

While our rental rates include basic third-party liability to cover injuries or damage to others, any physical damage to the cart itself during your trip is the responsibility of the renter. We always recommend doing a quick walk-around with our team at pickup to note the cart's condition.

Your rental rate covers the clean, fully inspected, gas-powered vehicle for the exact duration of your booking, along with our premium guest services. This includes complimentary delivery and pickup anywhere in the main San Pedro area (including the airstrip, water taxi docks, or your hotel), a heavy-duty security lock for peace of mind while exploring, and full access to our 24/7 on-island roadside assistance team as well free wash.
